It's so hard to know what to say. So many precious memories from our 50(ish) years of friendship, even if we are both only 29. From sneeking onto the Bury Church School carnival float (of course my school, Bury Grammar, never did a float lol) to discos curtesy of DJ Stephen - her brother- at St Johns youth club, teenage years with nights spent in various pubs and clubs and unexpectedly moving in next door to each other in Greenmount to our last day out together to celebrate our 60th birthday at the spa (yes Hazel you will still always be 1 day older than me). Hazel once said she had lots of best friends and that is a testament to her. Such a loving, open and caring person who would help anyone in need but most of all she loved her family dearly. Rest in peace my beautiful friend.
