Our Dear Hazel, Thank you so much for the 30 years of loyalty, hard work, sunshine and friendship that you brought to Chantilly. Always smiling and so full of life, you never let us down, you were wonderful and kind to our customers and will be missed so very much by myself and your colleagues. It's so hard to know what to say. So many precious memories from our 50(ish) years of friendship, even if we are both only 29. From sneeking onto the Bury Church School carnival float (of course my school, Bury Grammar, never did a float lol) to discos curtesy of DJ Stephen - her brother- at St Johns youth club, teenage years with nights spent in various pubs and clubs and unexpectedly moving in next door to each other in Greenmount to our last day out together to celebrate our 60th birthday at the spa (yes Hazel you will still always be 1 day older than me). Hazel once said she had lots of best friends and that is a testament to her. Such a loving, open and caring person who would help anyone in need but most of all she loved her family dearly. Rest in peace my beautiful friend.

The news of your passing Hazel as left me heartbroken you was my best friend we have been through so many happy and sad times together. The New Year’s party we had on the fourth of January cause you had been in Germany was one of the best nights we had the video of which I will cherish always. We’ve been friends for 32 years I love how we always had to have a bottle of wine when we were baking any excuse. I will miss you my friend I’ll love you always sending all my love and condolences to Jason Matt Alicia and your family you have left a big hole in a lots of people’s live.
